A note about our President:
Laura Plofchan, founder of Kind Hearts, has been serving others through various businesses and volunteer organizations her entire life. She has a track record of success developing solutions to personal and organizational challenges. Kind Hearts developed out of Laura’s personal experiences and relationships with aging parents and grandparents. She knows first hand the difficulties of keeping loved one’s healthy and independent as they age and the importance of finding reliable and trustworthy assistance in the community. Kind Hearts is the result of her own family’s success keeping loved one’s living independently; overcoming the difficulties imposed by chronic disease and geographic separation; and addressing “work/life balance” needs of family caregivers. |
